Terms of Service

By creating an account or using mastriflow.com(the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Eagleston Limited(CRO 782100), incorporated in Ireland. References to “MasteriFlow”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Eagleston Limited.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using MasteriFlow, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@mastriflow.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for an extended period.

MasteriFlow offers a free tier and paid subscription plans billed monthly. Paid plans are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Free trial. Paid plans may include a 7-day free trial. Your card will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Price changes.We will give at least 30 days’ notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• Credits. Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and expire at the end of each billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases of any paid plan. To request a refund within this window, email legal@mastriflow.com with your account email. Refunds are not available after 7 days or on renewal charges.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or harassing.
• Circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape or abuse the Service beyond normal use.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate video titles, descriptions, and tags. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs are suggestions only and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or fit for purpose.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any AI-generated content.
• We make no guarantees about the performance, views, or algorithm outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated content on YouTube.

AI-generated outputs produced by the Service based on your inputs are owned by you, subject to any rights held by third parties in the underlying data or models.

Certain features require you to connect your YouTube channel via Google OAuth. By doing so, you grant MasteriFlow read-only access to your channel data solely to provide the Service. You can revoke this access at any time via your Google Account permissions.

Your use of Google services through our integration is also subject to Google’s Terms of Service and the YouTube Terms of Service.

The MasteriFlow platform, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Eagleston Limited and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service (video ideas, keywords, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service to you.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eagleston Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eagleston Limited and its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Service. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from account settings or contacting us.

Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 15 survive termination of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

If you are a consumer in the EEA, you may also have the right to bring a dispute before the courts of your country of residence.
